Crystal Davy was born in Mexico to missionary parents. Until she was 17, she lived in the North central region while her parents worked as church planters among the tribal people of the area. Her family moved to Norfolk, Nebraska, in 2000 where she graduated from high school. Crystal received her degree in Secondary Spanish Education from the University of Nebraska Lincoln. While still very foreign at heart, Crystal has grown to love the steady pace of Nebraska life and the deep values of family and community pride that permeate the state.
Crystal is wife to the incomparable Ben Davy. She teaches Spanish at Southwest high school part time and plans to do so until baby Davy arrives in May! Her hobbies include music, reading, baking, running, and conjugating verbs. One of her greatest joys is the experience of praising God with His people.
