Put on your best pouty face
Call or email so that we can take care of it.

When you email its really helpful if you…

1. Include the URL of the page with the problem. The URL is the address, like http://example.com/some_page_with_problem

2. Describe what you were trying to do.

3. Describe what actually happened.

4. Include what browser you are using (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, Opera, other)
